2. Products, Intended Use & AAFCO Positioning

Pawp Water products are intended for dogs only and are designed for supplemental or intermittent feeding only.

Pawp Water products are not complete and balanced pet food products as defined by the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). They are intended to support everyday hydration and functional wellness and should be used in addition to, not as a replacement for, your dog’s regular drinking water or a complete and balanced diet.

Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Veterinary Disclaimer

Every dog is unique. We recommend consulting with your veterinarian before introducing Pawp Water if your dog:

  • Has a medical condition (including kidney, heart, or gastrointestinal conditions)

  • Is pregnant or nursing

  • Is taking medication or receiving veterinary treatment

  • Is a puppy or senior dog with specific dietary needs

4. Usage & Owner Responsibility

By purchasing and using Pawp Water products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will monitor your dog when introducing any new product

  • You will discontinue use and consult a veterinarian if any adverse reaction occurs

Use of Pawp Water products is at the pet owner’s discretion and risk.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All billing and shipping information provided is accurate

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout

  • Orders may be limited, refused, or canceled at our discretion, including suspected fraud

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Pawp Water is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and resolve the issue.

8. Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processed or shipped

  • If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we will attempt to assist, but cancellations are not guaranteed

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected delivery schedule.

  • You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription before the next billing date through your customer account

  • Once a subscription order has been billed, it cannot be canceled or refunded

  • Subscription pricing and terms may change with notice
